Recruiter international truck-drivers / HR employee

Will be expected to perform any of the following tasks:

- Active recruiting international truck-drivers

- Recruiting through social media and traditional ways

- Promoting employer and truck-driver jobs on routes

- Involvement in the recruitment campaigns like billboard, job-websites

- Registration and interviews applicants (new drivers) follow-up on them

- Handles paperwork for all drivers, like visa, passport, drivers license etc

- Put paperwork in digital format in computer systems

- Follow up on progress in training English and driving school

- Work close together in Boekestijn Drivers Academy with English teachers

- Registration and dealing with work contract of employees

 

Person Specification:

- Very good communication skills in English language ( Polish or German language will be an advantage)

- Good working with computers program

- High education

- Possess good administrative experience

- Desirable to have experience in Human Resource / recruitment / job-agencies

- Desirable to have experience in a international working environment

- Able to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment

- Regim de lucru nocturne: 20.00-07.00
